Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
